Probiotics is defined as 'a living fungus that has a healthy effect when ingested in sufficient quantities.' Probiotics activates the scene to suppress the proliferation of harmful and pathogenic bacteria in the intestines and to normalize intestinal movements.1

  • What is the difference between lactobacillus and probiotics?

Lactic acid bacteria are commonly called lactobacilli, and they mean a wide range of organisms that ferment sugars to get energy, and probiotics is all living organisms that are beneficial to health. Probiotics include healthy fungi, including lactobacillus and non-fatal bacteria, most of which are lactobacillus. So not all lactobacillus are probiotics, not all probiotics are lactobacillus.
